Umbrella 2009 - Making Connections: The Power
of People, Partnerships & Services to be held at University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield
Following
feedback from the last Umbrella, CILIP have changed the timing so that the event
is mid-week; the dates for 2009 are Tuesday 14th July and Wednesday
15th July. Although the event has been reduced to 2 days, there are
still 56 sessions and 2 plenaries. The exhibition will remain open for the
entire event, as will the poster displays.
There are
nine themes, in line with the event tile:

- Only Collect
- Advocacy
- Information skills for life
