UK reactions to the 2007 ACRL Environmental Scan: Seminar and LIRG AGM

The Seminar Program
- 1pm LIRG AGM, with presentatons of the LIRG Research Award and the Student Prize for 2008. The 2007 LIRG Eslevier Research Award winner Jacqueline Chelin (University of the West of England) will talk about her research on "E-Book usage"
- 1:40pm Seminar begins. a panel of Sheila Cannell, Director of Library and Collections (University of Edinburgh), Chris Powis (Director of Academic Services University of Northampton) and Gary Horrocks (Deputy Director, Customer Services King's College London) will each give their reaction to the 2007 ACRL Scan.
- 2:40pm Tea
- 3pm Scott Walter (Associate University Librarian, University of Illinois, USA and Chair of the ACRL Research Committee 2007-2009) will speak via video conference link from the USA on the ACRL Scan.
- 3:25pm Panel/Open Forum Discussion
- 4:00pm Close
