Correction and apologies...

When I initiated a new discussion in the CILIP - the Organisation forum yesterday I overlooked the fact that I was effectively closing the audience to CILIP members only.  Internally we had already agreed that wanted to encourage wider debate and interest and therefore would open things up.

So... I have corrected my mistake and set up a new forum instead  (CILIP eHustings) and transferred the original thread to it! 

So please get questioning and discussing and generally communicating!
