    Quite often at this time of year (because the year is waning/dying?) peoples' thoughts tend towards reflection whilst they ponder "life the universe and everything". It's actually only one month moving into another (as happens 11 other times during the year) but because it also signals one year moving into another it seems to make all the difference in the world to how people feel about their lives...
