In a conference first, a live videolink from the US will enable David Jacoby, President of Boston Logistic, to make a presentation to delegates on privacy and security issues facing libraries using RFID systems. Mr Jacoby was the author of the recent Economist Intelligence Unit report titled RFID comes of age.
His presentation and supporting PowerPoint slides will be beamed directly into the conference room at the QEII Conference Centre during the afternoon session on Hot Topics.
