Andrew Motion, Poet Laureate and Chair of the MLA, will present one of the leading accolades in the library and information world, CILIP's Libraries Change Lives Award, at Umbrella 2009. The award ceremony moves to Umbrella for the first time, and will take place in the plenary session on the afternoon of Wednesday 15 July.
